    • ADJUSTABLE PADDLE:  Floating paddles, can be customized to any riders height, and collapse to conveniently fit the included travel backpack.
    • DUAL ACTION PUMP: Will reduce your pumping time in half. It will pump the board as you push down, and as you pull back up. You can cycle through dual and single if you like.
    • QUICK RELEASE FIN: Unlike other fins on the market that have a clip mechanism, ours features a stainless screw. It is much easier to install and remove. It also will last longer and is a stronger build.
    • BACKPACK: Included is a carry beg with a mesh bottom. This allows any excess water to leak out and not stay in the bag. All accessories will fit in the bag.

    Incredible Paddle Board Set with Top-Notch Features!

    I recently purchased it as my first Paddle Board and it has exceeded all my expectations! The adjustable paddle is fantastic, allowing me to easily customize it to my height, and the dual-action pump is a game-changer, cutting my pumping time in half. The quick-release fin with a stainless screw is a brilliant design—much sturdier and easier to use than others on the market. The included backpack is super convenient as well! The board is incredibly lightweight, and the carrying handle makes it a breeze to transport.     This paddleboard is great for both kids and adults. Its stable enough for beginners and performs well in various water conditions. The included paddle is adjustable, making it easy to use for all ages.

    Great Board, but Service/Operational Struggles

    I purchased this board on a Sunday to take on a specific camping trip the following weekend and paid additional for two day shipping to make this possible. Monday came and went with no update on my board being shipped so I sent a message. There is no phone number (that works) or direct way to contact this business. I believe they pay a service that must be oversees because I got a response to my message at 4am on Tuesday telling me they shipped the board but did so via standard ground shipping. I wrote back offering to buy another board and pay for overnight shipping, but there was no response again until 4am Wednesday morning and I was not confident enough to make that move and know that I would actually get the board.

    They refunded my additional shipping cost from my original purchase and also took 40% off which was nice, but I had to get real creative on my canoe camping trip without a board to use as a barge.

    They have customer service if you have patience to wait for it and get a single interaction each day at 4am with no creativity or willingness to make something happen. I suppose that is the crux of paying for a customer service operation that is run from another country.

    If you have lots of time and don’t have any issues with the board, go for it. If you want a solid American business you feel good about supporting, I would look elsewhere.
